Faglig påfyll og hyggelig samvær i Vekstra

 Hvert år møtes ansatte i Vekstra til faglig påfyll og hyggelig samvær. I år gikk turen til Trondheim og ærverdige hotell Britannia. Vi var så heldig å få booket arrangementet vår før hotellet åpnet, og vårt arrangement var det første store arrangementet på hotell Britannia. Vi takker ansatte på Britannia for at de sørget vel for oss og gjorde samlingen fantastisk.

I år deltok 200 av våre 320 ansatte på samlingen. Vi startet med hyggelig lunsj i restaurant Palmehaven før turen gikk videre til omvisning i Nidarosdomen, Bispegården og til byvandring i Trondheim. Noen valgte å benytte seg av det nydelige spaet som er på Britannia, før vi samlet oss til festmiddag, taler og underholdning i Britannia Hall. Vi takket av mangeårige styreleder Gunnar Alu og lo godt av Are Sende Osen. Are kom med et par gamle ski han måtte få dokumentert brukt, slik at han kunne skrive dem av i regnskapet sitt. Vi burde kanskje invitert han til faglig påfyll også.

Faglig påfyll

Dag to var satt av til faglig påfyll og ansatte i Vekstra kunne velge mellom 15 ulike kurs under temaene regnskap, bokføring, skatt, MVA, lønn og GRFS. Vidar Andersen fra Bedriftsøkonomisk Institutt, Biljana Nedimovic og Einar Heiberg fra Advokatfirmaet Ræder, representanter fra Sticos, samt Trond Brenden og Eli Svebakk-Johansen fra Vekstra, ga oss faglig påfyll gjennom dagen. Odd Reitan inspirerte oss alle med sitt foredrag om franchise og hotell Britannia. Vi håper alle begynner og fortelle om drømmene sine.

Sosialt samvær

Hotell Britannia ga oss fantastiske omgivelser for faglig påfyll og sosialt samvær. Nydelig mat og flotte omgivelser gjorde årets Vekstrasamling til noe spesielt. Vekstra har kontorer rundt om i Norges langstrakte land. Det er flott og kunne sette seg ned, bli kjent med kollegaer fra andre kontorer, prate og diskutere.

Vekstra Grue skal nå ansette 1-2 medarbeidere i 100% stilling innenfor regnskap og økonomisk rådgivning til sitt kontor på Kirkenær. Vi søker etter proaktive kandidater med sans for økonomi, kundekontakt og service. Du har erfaring med regnskapsføring og har god økonomisk forståelse.
 
Regnskapsbransjen er i stadig utvikling og Vekstra Grue har fokus på å tilby digitale løsninger og god rådgivning til sine kunder. Du bør derfor være en pådriver for vekst og utvikling på din egen kundeportefølje.

Kvalifikasjoner
  • Høyere utdanning innen regnskap/økonomi.
  • Erfaring fra regnskapsføring.
  • Gjerne autorisert regnskapsfører, eller på sikt kan fylle kravene for å søke om autorisasjon.
  • Erfaring med årsregnskap og ligningspapirer er en fordel.

Vekstra Grue SA er et godt etablert regnskaps- og rådgivningskontor som holder til i moderne lokaler på Kirkenær. Vårt hovedfokus er å være kundens økonomipartner gjennom god rådgivning/Controller funksjon i tillegg til tradisjonelle regnskapstjenester. Vi er i dag 15 ansatte og har en omsetning på ca. 10 mill. kr. Vår kundegruppe består av små og mellomstore bedrifter innen ulike bransjer, samt betydelig kundemasse fra primærnæringen.
